Apple is set to butt heads this week with the Beatles' Apple Corps over whether the iTunes Music Store , in which Apple (the computer company) promised to stay out of the music business and, specifically, never to sell music. Hm. Does the iTunes Music Store constitute a move on Apple's part to sell music in violation of its agreement with the Beatles? OK, I'm not a lawyer here, but I've got to go with "duh!"
