Apple vs. Apple: iTunes remix

Apple vs. Apple: iTunes remix

Apple is set to butt heads this week with the Beatles' Apple Corps over whether the iTunes Music Store violates a 1991 trademark-infringement agreement between the two companies, in which Apple (the computer company) promised to stay out of the music business and, specifically, never to sell music.
