This is what the future of smartphones looks like.
Check out the Xiaomi Mi Mix.
It's a 6.4-inch phone where the whole front is a screen.
There's barely any edge frame showing.
Normally, on the top of a phone, there's a camera or speaker to hear the phone call, but nope Not on the [UNKNOWN].
If you look closely at the bottom, there's a little front facing camera tapped in the corner but that's it.
No home button either.
The phone is coming out in China next month but this is a hint of what's to come next in a smartphone Own world.
In fact, Xiaomi may have just beat Apple to the punch.
Early speculation is that Apple is making a big change to the design of the next iPhone to mark the iPhone's tenth anniversary.
And it likely means the iPhone 8 Or whatever its going to be called, will have an edge to edge screen like this.
There are clues that Apple may be getting rid of the iconic physical home button, and instead opt to scan a fingerprint through the glass of the screen.
That's it for this tech news update.
