David Katzmaier at CES 2018.
I'm in Sony's gigantic booth, and behind me is a gigantic Sony TV.
This is an 85-inch member of the X900F series, Sony's new LCD TV for 2018.
It's the successor to one of our favorite TVs last year, and Sony's actually made it better.
They improved the video processing adding an A1 extreme processor.
Again, it's supposed to improve the picture.
There's a new motion clarity setting where the TV can create smooth motion with high motion resolution without the dimming or the flicker seen on previous models.
I can't wait to check that out.
Sony's TV also has the Android TV operating system built in, with Google Assistant just like last years model.
This 85 inch size is joined by a 75, 65 and smaller sizes in the series.
And of course to make the image quality really good, there is full array local dimming just like last year.
That's a quick look at Sony's X900F TV.
