I'm in Samsung's booth at CES 2014, standing in front of a curved television.
Now a lot of the curved television Samsung is selling this year are Ultra High Definition 4K resolution.
This one is not.
This is a 1080p resolution TV.
It's actually Samsung's flagship 1080p for 2014.
Aside from the resolution, this TV does include Samsung's best picture enhancer for 2014 including a local beaming from its adulate backlight.
The TV
doesn't include a camera and a lot of the other high end [unk] included on the 9000 UHD curved series.
One missing feature is the 4-way split screen found on the UHD version of this television.
This TV can be split in only 2 halves, but you know what?
You can probably keep track of only 2 things at the same time.
It does include the company's new touchpad remote.
And new for 2014's Samsung's curved TV's [unk] should be wall-mounted.
So it does come with a wall-mount kit so you can stick it on the wall and it probably looks pretty cool with the curved TV on the wall.
That's a look at Samsung's H8000 1080p television, its best for
2014.
