Lamborghini's 2018 Huracan Performante is a record-breaking V10 machine
Sporting more power and less weight, the Huracan Performante wants to strike the perfect balance between a road car and a track machine.

Lamborghini's got a real track monster on its hands.
The Huracan Performante sports an upgraded V10, putting out 640 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque.
Thanks to its Haldex-type all-wheel drive system, it launches to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds.
It relies heavily on Lamborghini's forged composite, which is a quick-curing carbon fiber derivative.
The forged composite bits include the rear bumper, engine cover, spoilers and diffuser. All in, it helps the car shed about 80 pounds.
It also packs active aerodynamics in the front and rear.
The gauge cluster screen features a graphic that tells you how the car's systems are working to improve handling, which sounds super distracting.
The Huracan Performante starts heading to dealers and owners this summer.
MSRP in the US is $274,390. Click or swipe through for more pics from Lambo.
