VW's new GTI TCR is a seriously hot hatch
Prepare to see these angry hatchbacks terrorizing the streets of Europe by the end of 2018.
The GTI TCR is the highest-performing GTI ever, with a delimited top speed of 164 miles per hour.
Maximum torque from the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine occurs at just 1,600 rpm.
The optional electronic suspension offers sport chassis settings that are adjustable on the fly.
The car won't be available in the USA, unfortunately, but maybe VW will change its mind if we complain loudly enough.
This marks one of the first times a Wörthersee concept has made it to production.
