The most extreme luxury rides on Earth
Sorry, millionaires, you need at least three commas in your bank account to afford these ridonkulously expensive cars, planes, and boats.
Lamborghini Egoista
Attention high-powered business executives, sultans, and Powerball winners: It's time to upgrade your ride.
We've put together a selection of the most exotic and expensive modes of luxury travel on the planet for your pleasure. Whether you need a performance sports supercar, throwback luxury train ride or your own private sex submarine, we've got you covered.
For starters, here's the Lamborghini Egoista. It's arguably the most badass car ever made. Seriously, look at it.
The concept vehicle was made for Lamborghini's 50th anniversary in 2013. It's name translates to "selfish" in Italian -- a nod to the fact that the supercar has only one seat.
Lamborghini Egoista
The gorgeous orange interior of the Lamborghini Egoista looks more like that of a jet fighter than a sports car.
Lamborghini Egoista (interior)
Access to the car is controlled by a removable orange canopy door.
The steering wheel is also removable. It's the only way you can get a human in and out of the cockpit.
Bell 525 Relentless luxury helicopter
Whether you're trying to reach your multi-million-dollar yacht located just off shore, or just trying to escape a heated standoff at the Nakatomi Plaza building, there's no more adventurous way to travel than inside your own personal helicopter.
The Bell 525 Relentless is surprisingly spacious for a whirlybird, giving luxury designers plenty of freedom to craft obnoxiously luxurious interior spaces fit for a sultan-or anyone else with $15 million to spare.
Bell 525 Relentless (interior)
The Bell 525 Relentless can seat up to 20 passengers in its "high-density" configuration.
Far fewer will be able to fly in the extravagent, custom command-center-style interior shown above.
Bell 525 Relentless (wood interior)
This is another ridiculously opulent configuration for the Bell 525 Relentless helicopter.
Lykan Hypersport
You might recognize the Lykan Supersport, manufactured by the UAE's W Motors, from its starring role crashing through skyscrapers in Furious 7.
The $3.4 million sports car features a 3.7-liter twin turbocharged flat-six engine (740 hp) that goes from 0 to 60 mph in less than 2.8 seconds. It's speed tops out at 240 mph.
Lykan Hypersport (detail)
The Lykan Hypersport features some serious billionaire bling.
Its headlights, for example, are encrusted with 220 diamonds each. And if that's not your style, no problem -- you can have them switched out with other gems, like rubies or sapphires.
Lykan Hypersport (interior)
You'll find plenty of leather and carbon fiber in the Lykan Hypersport's highly customizable interior.
More impressive, however, is the car's 9-inch holographic mid-air display with interactive gesture recognition.
Silverfast Yacht
No vehicle better conveys wealth and opulence than a yacht. And no yacht better conveys wealth and opulence than the Silverfast, a 252.6-foot, $86 million sailing vessel available via Burgess Yachts.
Silverfast Yacht (on deck)
The Silverfast Yacht's indoor/outdoor dining area seats 20.
The Silverfast also has a sundeck with outdoor cinema, a glass-fronted 8-person jacuzzi, and a helipad. You know, for landing your Bell 525 Relentless.
Silverfast Yacht (private quarters)
It has eight guest cabins in total, including an owner's suite with a private lounge and deck.
There's also a full spa with sauna, steam room, gym, massage room, and beauty parlor on board.
Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita
The name of the $4.8 million Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is a Swedish abbreviation for "three whites," a nod to the fact that only three of these vehicles were slated to be made.
Because the car was so difficult to make, however, only two were ever produced, in 2009. One is owned by retired boxer Floyd Mayweather.
Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita
The standout feature of the Trevita is its "Koenigsegg Shimmering Diamond Weave bodywork" -- a special kind of white carbon fiber impregnated with diamond dust.
As a result, this car sparkles like no other.
Lovers Deep, the luxury sex submarine
Looking to get away from the cash-poor masses? As any billionaire will tell you, there's no substitute for the luxury and seclusion that only a private sex submarine ride can provide.
You read that right: Billed as a "leisure submarine for couples," passengers on the Lovers Deep are encouraged to join the Mile-Deep Club.
It'll be a costly experience, though, as each booking of the Lovers Deep through Oliver's Travels will cost roughly $250,000 per night.
Lovers Deep (bedroom)
Each trip on the Lovers Deep includes an "Aphrodesiac Tasting Menu" from your private chef that includes libido-friendly foods like oysters, caviar, and chocolate fondant with essence of pomegranate.
You'll also have access to your own butler on board. Maid service is available, too, but for an extra fee.
Lovers Deep (lounge)
Once you're finished sexing inside your sex submarine, you can relax in the lounge, grab a drink from the mini-bar, or hop into the two-person shower.
Maybach Exelero
The unique Maybach Exelero was built in 2004 at the request of Fulda Tires, the German division of Goodyear, to show off a new, wider tire design. And when I say unique, I mean it -- only one Exelero was ever made.
A 700-horsepower twin turbo V12 engine powers the four-seater, pushing it from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds.
Maybach Exelero (Rear)
The design of the Maybach Exelero calls back to the company's pre-World War II models, such as the Maybach SW38 (1936).
Maybach Exelero (interior)
The Maybach Exelero's red accent trim contrasts nicely against the rest of its grey interior.
Airbus A318
The Airbus A318 is currently in use as a passenger plane by Air France, but with a truly sizable bank account, you can purchase one of your own-here a 2009 Airbus A318-112 Elite-with a truly extravagant interior.
If you are buying, bring your checkbook, as this plane sells for roughly $75 million, new.
Airbus A318-112 Elite (dining)
The plane has three separate cabin areas, including a passenger lounge, dining area and conference area. It has room for 19 passengers in total.
Airbus A318-112 Elite
As the owner of the plane, you'll be able to enjoy the private VIP lounge, complete with its own double bed and bathroom.
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, made in Germany by the Volkswagen Group, boasts a 1200-horsepower quad turbocharged V16 engine.
It also boasted a 1.9 million-euro price tag when it was released in 2010, which then translated to about $2.5 million in U.S. currency.
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport: In the driver's seat
The Bugatti Veyron set a Guinness World Record when driver Pierre-Henri Raphanel achieved a wind-assisted top speed of 269.86 mph in on a test track.
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport (interior)
The interior of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is surprisingly generous for a car of its type.
There are plenty of high-end finishes about as well, including a center console crafted from a single piece of aluminum.
Royal Scotsman train
Harkening back to the days when luxury train travel was the norm amongst the elite, the Royal Scotsman is arguably the best way to experience the United Kingdom.
The train houses just 36 guests; a 8-day, 7-night tour of England will cost you roughly $15,000.
Royal Scotsman
The Royal Scotsman's dining service is a major attraction. Featured meals include warm pigeon salad with blackcurrant dressing and spiced roast halibut.
And do try to look your best -- formal dinner service requires gentlemen to wear either a tuxedo or Scottish kilt.
Royal Scotsman (private car)
Private cabins on the Royal Scotsman feature a dressing table, full-length wardrobe, independent heating controls and a private bathroom.
Lamborghini Veneno Roadster
One of the most expensive cars ever produced, the 2014 Lamborghini Veneno Roadster initially carried a $4.5 million price sticker.
Like any solid extreme sportscar, though, its value has only increased with time. Later in 2014, one of the nine Veneno Roadsters sold by Lamborghini was found on the second-hand market in Berlin for $7.4 million.
Lamborghini Veneno Roadster (Rear)
The Veneno Roadster's 6.5-liter V12 engine allows the lightweight car to go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under 3 seconds.
It's top speed is a blistering 221 mph.

The interior of the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is entirely clad with carbon fiber.
