This is the Shell Concept Car, a retooled version of Gordon Murray's tiny T.25 City Car. (That's Murray on the left.)

The car manages an incredible 89 mpg from its three-cylinder engine.

The car is easy on the environment, too, fully recyclable and made of recycled materials, too.

It seats three, with the driver sitting front and center.

Alas, it's just a concept, so don't try to buy one!
