The Comet may look like a glorified quad bike but can do 0-60 mph in around 3.5 seconds.
The Rage looks like it wouldn't be out of place on the moon. Or in a dystopian future.
Even the way Rage is written screams aggression and mirrors its off-road characteristics.
The stripped-back cockpit with the gear lever from the sequential gearbox makes you feel like a rally driver.
On the track the Comet R was set up for liftoff oversteer, and it didn't take much convincing when lifting off.
Off-road is where the Rage can really show what it's made of.
With a top speed of over 120 mph, it still deserves respect on the track.
The amount of air it could clear on just a short runup was unbelievable.
The landings were always surprisingly gentle thanks to some superb shock absorbers.
The Comet living up to its name as it kicks up every grain of dust and rock that gets in its way.
