Its name is... unoriginal, to say the least.
Mini will use the Frankfurt Motor Show to debut its Mini Electric Concept.
The name is... somewhat straightforward.
Built for use in urban areas, you can expect to see this concept become reality in 2019.
The grille and headlights have been tweaked to account for the fact that the electric motor doesn't need a massive air channel.
Out back, the taillights have been redesigned to incorporate the Union Jack.
Mini never passes up an opportunity to fly its home flag.
Sadly, Mini did not give out any information about the concept's drivetrain.
I guess we'll just have to wait until the real thing debuts in 2019.
In the meantime, if you want to check out this bad boy, book yourself a ticket to the Frankfurt Motor Show. The press days kick off on Sept. 12.
We'll be up close and personal with everything from Frankfurt that week, so keep your eyes peeled.
