The Jeep 4Speed concept is a lightweight, Wrangler-based concept.
To shave weight, lots of carbon fiber and aluminum were used.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine for the 4Speed concept.
Compared to a stock Wrangler, the 4Speed has been shortened by 22 inches, while retaining a stock wheelbase length.
The shorter overhangs give the 4Speed better approach and departure angles.
The turbocharged engine works with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The 4Speed's interior boasts a customized instrument panel and exclusive seat coverings.
Aluminum has been used for the foot wells to save weight.
For improved off-road capability, the 4Speed gets upgraded axles and 18-inch wheels wrapped with 35-inch BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires.
Compared to a stock Jeep Wrangler, the 4Speed boasts a 2-inch higher ride height.
