Dodge Durango SRT brings more muscle to the boat launch

Spot the family resemblance? The big guy in the back is the Dodge Durango SRT. 

And here it is up-close, right on apex. 

It's a 475-horsepower, V8-powered, three-row SUV. 

That makes it the quickest, most powerful three-row SUV on the market. 

And, with its 8,700-pound towing capacity, it's also the most capable. 

Yes, this thing can seat all your kids and haul all your toys. 

Power comes from this 6.4-liter Hemi. That's 392 cubic inches for those who prefer old-world numbers. 

20x10-inch wheels can be specced with Pirelli P-Zero tires -- or all-seasons if you're not in so much of a hurry. 

But getting there quick is part of the deal, and the Durango SRT looks the part, with the hood scoop and dual heat escapes, plus more aggressive styling throughout.
