Cruising all roads in the new Subaru Crosstrek

The Subaru Crosstrek is all new for 2018.

Subaru's New Global Platform increases overall rigidity in the second-generation Crosstrek.

Subaru's all-wheel-drive system is great on dirt roads. 

The revised tail lights helps widen the rear hatch opening by 4 inches. 

Under the hood is a revised 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine, good for 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of twist. 

Inside the Starlink infotainment system gets an upgrade, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. 

Although a new six-speed manual gearbox is available, most people will opt for the continuously variable transmission.
