Buick's cars aren't typically known for their track prowess, but as you can see, these cars did just fine on a winter rallycross in Connecticut.
This is the Buick Regal GS, sliding regally through the snow in Lakeville, Conn.
The car proved quite capable in the snow, surprisingly so.
The Encore got in on the action, too.
The Regal GS features a Haldex center differential and an electronic limited-slip rear differential.
The car not only did great in the deep snow, it was very composed on slush asphalt.
Of course, a big help was having Bridgestone Blizzak tires.
Both cars feature winter luxuries, like heated seats and heated steering wheels.
And both cars can be started remotely via the OnStar RemoteLink app.
The AWD Regal GS starts at $33,000 well-equipped, and while it is far from the ultimate luxury performance sedan, it does make for a luxurious wintertime ride.
