WT is the Silverado EV's work-truck trim, which will eventually be available at a starting price of $39,900 before destination.
The Chevy Silverado EV WT is the automaker's fleet-oriented work truck.
Two electric motors generate up to 510 horsepower and 615 pound-feet of torque.
The first models off the line will be able to tow up to 8,000 pounds and put up to 1,200 pounds in the bed.
Later variants will offer a max-towing capability of up to 20,000 pounds, which is some serious stuff.
Yep, this one has a frunk, too.
350-kilowatt charging means the Silverado EV WT can pick up 100 miles of range in about 10 minutes at full clip.
The first model year of WT is all but spoken for already.
However, once GM ramps up production, it intends to offer this as the base trim.
Its starting price will be $39,900 before destination charges, although it's unclear when this will be available to reserve.
