2021 Aprilia Tuono 660 is a small-displacement bike with huge personality
The 660 may not have the wild V4 of its big brother, but it makes up for it with a nimble chassis and awesome electronics.
The 2021 Aprilia Tuono 660 is a parallel-twin-powered naked sport bike.
It takes the design language and geometry from its big brother, the Tuono V4 1100, and applies it to a smaller bike.
The 660 makes 100 horsepower and just under 50 pound-feet of torque.
These figures make the bike much more approachable for less experienced riders.
Thankfully, none of the Tuono's rowdy spirit is lost in the downsizing.
The baby Tuono also features a robust suite of rider aids, making the bike more suitable for newer riders.
Overall, it lacks some of the theater of the 1100 version, but gains a lighter, more responsive chassis.
The bike is available with a user-installable IMU and quickshifter.
It retails for under $11,000 and offers up tons of slick Euro style for the money.
The Tuono 660 is due in dealers in April.
