2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB is the newest rugged crossover
The sub-compact ute fits between the GLA and GLC and offers a bit of a butch profile.

The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB is an all-new subcompact crossover from the luxury car maker.
Though similar in stature to the GLC, the GLB is three inches narrower.
The GLB is a bit more rugged in appearance than the other crossovers in the line up, with a stubby nose and upright windshield.
A 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine puts out 221 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque.
The is mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. 4Matic all-wheel drive is available.
A third row is available, but it seems like that would be really cramped. Would you want to put two seats back here?
There are plenty of available ADAS features, like adaptive cruise control, active steering assist, lane-keeping assist, lane-change assist, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring and more.
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB starts at $36,600. Add another $2,000 for all-wheel drive.
However this example here with all the ADAS features, 20-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, the larger 10.25-inch screens and an AMG appearance package is $55,340, including $995 for destination.
