Anyone wishing for a drop-top McLaren 720S have had their prayers answered with the arrival of the Spider model.
Like the coupe, the 720S Spider will feature a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
The V8 produces 710 horsepower and 568 pound-feet of torque.
McLaren says the 720S Spider can hit 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, which mirrors the fixed top model.
With the roof up, the 720S Spider can hit a top speed of 212 mph. When the roof is down, the top speed drops to just 202 mph.
The Spider's power hardtop can go up or down in just 11 seconds and operate at speeds up to 31 mph.
To make it easier for you to get into the 720S Spider, the doors are skinnier and open at a greater angle.
The Spider has its own quarter panels, doors and wheel designs, differentiating it from the coupe.
The interior of the 720S Spider is covered with stitched Nappa leather and lots of carbon fiber.
The 2020 McLaren 720S Spider will go on sale in March and begin at $315,000.
