In 2020, the Gladiator will also be offered with a 3.0-liter diesel V6 rated at 260 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. The diesel will only be available with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

While Sport and Overland versions of the Gladiator will be equipped with a Command-Trac 4x4 system, Rubicon trims will get a Rock-Trac 4x4 setup with 4.10 front and rear axle ratios and locking differentials.
