2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Heritage Edition: Steeped in history
The 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Heritage Edition celebrates the past and provides a stylish send-off to the current car.

Ford celebrates the Shelby GT350's motorsports triumphs with a new Heritage Edition Package for the 2020 model year.
Like Caroll Shelby's original 1965 GT350 racers, the 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition cars are finished with a Wimbledon White paint job with Guardsman Blue side and over-the-top race stripes.
The other Heritage Edition change on the outside are the front and rear GT350 badges finished in Guardsman Blue.
The lone change to the inside of the GT350 Heritage Edition vehicles is a special dash badge.
In addition to the special dash badge, GT350R models with the Heritage Package get all-black Recaro seats with red accent stitching.
Like every other GT350, the Heritage Edition cars are powered by a 5.2-liter V8 making 526 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque.
Also like every other GT350, the Heritage vehicles are only available with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission.
To up handling capabilities, the GT350 features Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, adaptive dampers and exclusive bodywork to provide additional downforce compared to regular Mustang models.
On the technology front, the GT350 Heritage Edition comes with Ford's Sync 3 infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth capabilities. Navigation and a B&O sound system are optional.
The 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 and GT350R are on sale in dealers now with a base price of $61,635 and $74,630, respectively. Both figures include $1,195 for destination and a $1,300 gas guzzler tax. The Heritage Edition Package tacks on an additional $1,965.
