Lovely to drive and exquisite to behold, Bentley's new Continental GT sets a new benchmark for ultra-lux grand tourers.
The new Bentley Continental GT will go on sale in the US in Spring 2019.
It uses a 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12 engine, good for 626 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque.
An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission sends power to all four wheels. All Continental GT models come standard with all-wheel drive.
Despite its 4,947-pound curb weight, the 2019 Continental GT will hit 60 miles per hour in just 3.6 seconds.
The Continental GT's top speed is said to be 207 mph.
New 48-volt anti-roll technology and adaptive suspension damping keep the big Continental controlled on winding roads.
This is an incredible car to drive quickly, and it's a far sportier vehicle than before.
Of course, the Continental GT's main mission is to provide a luxurious driving experience, and in that area, the new Bentley is unflappable.
Every 2019 Continental GT is hand-built at Bentley's factory in Crewe, England.
