The Amazfit Bip is affordable at around $70 (it's priced at £70 and AU$99 in the UK and Australia, respectively). It has an always-on reflective LCD screen. It has weeks of battery life. What's the catch? That's the thing. There isn't really one.
This is the closest thing to a Pebble 2 watch, if you loved that old watch's simple design and always-on display.
This has heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and is IP68 water-resistant (not for swimming, but it can handle immersion).
Compared here against Apple Watch S3 (left) and Fitbit Versa (right).
This charger? You won't be using it much. I got two weeks on a single charge with always-on heart rate. You can do even better.
Bip vs. the Fitbit Versa (right). The Versa looks nicer, but the Bip is cheaper and the screen stays on.
