All the world's wireless in one place

Taking place just over a month after CES, Mobile World Congress is a world away from the super-hyped Las Vegas tech confab. Not only does it really take place a world away, in Barcelona, Spain, but also it focuses entirely on mobile and wireless gadgets. And even better, most of the products making their debut at MWC actually go on sale.

It is very exciting to be a wireless fan and at a show so big and to see a staggering number of new devices unveiled. We've rounded up the phones, tablets, smartwatches and accessories already, and now we show a few of the devices that really caught our collective eye. Click through to read for our full take on each device.

I Got an Early Look at Intel's Glass Packaging Tech for Faster Chips
Rahul Manepalli, right, Intel's module engineering leader, shows a glass substrate panel before it's sliced into the small rectangles that will be bonded to the undersides of hundreds of test processors. The technology, shown here at Intel's CH8 facility in Chandler, Arizona, stands to improve performance and power consumption of advanced processors arriving later this decade. Glass substrates should permit physically larger processors comprised of several small "chiplets" for AI and data center work, but Intel expects they'll trickle down to PCs, too.
