Terrafugia, a company focused on building practical flying cars, has begun feasibility studies of a four-seat, vertical takeoff and landing plug-in hybrid-electric flying car, the TF-X. Terrafugia said the vehicle will use state-of-the-art systems to "increase the safety, simplicity, and convenience of personal aviation."
