The T-Mobile MyTouch 3G Slide is the carrier's latest Android device. It goes on sale June 2 for $179.99 with a two-year contract and will be available in black, red, or white.

Slider design
Unlike the MyTouch 3G, the Slide has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It also features a 3.4-inch capacitive touch screen with an HVGA resolution.

Keyboard
Overall, we found the keyboard very spacious. The buttons are also raised above the phone's surface, making them easy to press. It takes some time, however, to figure out where the symbols keys are before you can type comfortably.

Size
Despite having a slide-out keyboard, we found the MyTouch 3G Slide to be a relatively compact device. It measures 4.6 inches tall by 2.4 inches wide by 0.6 inch thick and has a solid build.

Picture quality
Despite having a 5-megapixel camera, we were pretty disappointed with the picture quality. Images came out looking gray and dull.
