Star Wars' holiday gifts for Jedi, Sith and young Padawans
We used the Force to track down all of these Star Wars toys available for the holidays, that way you can get down to more important things like drinking blue milk and cookies. (Originally published on November 23, updated on December 19).
InteracTech Imperial Stormtrooper Figure
Standing 12-inches high and capable of 65 different light and sound effects, the InteracTech Imperial Stormtrooper is great for young fans, ages 4 years and up. It's priced around $20 in the US (roughly £15 in the UK and AU$30 in Australia), and won't break the wallet this holiday season. With its built-in accelerometer, the Stormtrooper reacts according to how he's played with. If there is a weapon in his hand, the toy can sense that and a quick flick of the wrist will have him firing off rounds. He also makes blast-off sounds when elevated and whistle sounds when free-falling to name.

Star Wars Bladebuilders Spin-Action Lightsaber
This Star Wars BladeBuilders Spin-Action Lightsaber is for ages 4 and older. The buildable nature of this lightsaber is especially great for creative types.
The saber can be used by itself with an extendable blade or combined with the light dagger on a circular hilt that can be spun in a 360-degree motion. The toy weapon also has sound effects. It requires six AAA batteries, and three are included.
'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' Rapid Fire Imperial AT-ACT Playset

This $299.99 (roughly £240, AU$400) toy runs on four D batteries and can be controlled with the Hasbro Star Wars StudioFX app or with the control buttons located towards the top-rear of the device. The way it walks and moves its head is reminiscent to the way the AT-AT vehicles move in the 1980 classic, "The Empire Strikes Back." In addition, it comes with three figures from the upcoming movie: Jyn Erso, C2-B5 (an exclusive) and an Imperial AT-ACT driver. Oh, did I mention it fires Nerf darts.

Star Wars: The Black Series Force FX Lightsaber for Kylo Ren & Yoda
For those wanting to be a part of "The Force Awakens" universe, the Star Wars: Black Series Kylo Ren Force FX Lightsaber can be found on Amazon for $163.30 in the US (roughly £130, AU$220). While we had fun re-enacting a possible space fight in our video, we suggest not actually using them for your galactic conquests (We tried to be gentle and still scuffed them up). Both this and the Yoda-themed green lightsaber we used have metal hilts, and the Kylo Ren edition is a bit heavier. The hilts have speakers at the bottom where the Lightsaber sound effects come out. We amplified the sounds for a more theatrical effect for our video, but they do make the sounds you would expect when swishing them through the air.
