Though the Spot Global Phone isn't the size of Gordon Gekko's "Wall Street" phone, it's hardly a small fry. And the antenna makes it even bigger.
What's more, the Spot Global Phone makes no effort to be stylish. The display is tiny and utilitarian, but the keypad and controls are easy to use.
You'll certainly stick out in a crowd when using the phone. But then again, you're not likely to find a crowd in the places that you'll use it.
When closed, the antenna rests behind the handset next to the battery.
You'll need to flip the antenna up and extend it to its full length to make a call.
The Spot Global's charger is way too big and cumbersome.
The Spot Global Phone won't easily fit in a pocket, either.
