Click through to check out Sony's concept wearable camera.
The 'Lifelog camera' isn't a real product for now, but Sony is keen to show off some of its big ideas when it comes to wearable technology.
This tiny box has a camera strapped to the front, and could perhaps be similar to the neck-worn Autographer camera, which automatically takes photos of your surroundings when it detects that something's happening.
That silver plate could become a touch panel, I was told.
The camera could work with this Lifelog app, which will launch with Sony's fitness band.
The app remembers where you've been and what you were doing, presenting that info in this cool animated timeline.
The app can also track your calories.
It even remembers which apps you were using.
Hm. I'm not sure I want to find out how much time I'm spending on Twitter.
Do you use technology to log your life and keep fit? Are you excited about wearable tech, or not bothered? Have your say in the comments.
