The EX720 series, available in February, has an edge-lit LED backlight (no local dimming) and is Sony's least expensive series with 3D. Here are the specs:

The EX520 models (February) don't offer 120Hz or dejudder, but are otherwise similar to the EX620. They're also Sony's least expensive line to get Internet video functionality and an LED backlight.
