The P6 mattress is where most of the smart tech lives. Its two sides track your heart and breathing rate, as well as how restful your sleep is -- and how long you sleep.

The SleepIQ app is your main point of access with your Sleep Number 360 Bed. It's where you can adjust the firmness of your side of the bed, check to see how well you slept the night before, track trends in your sleep over time -- and much more.

Sleep Number's FlexFit 1 base raises and lowers -- and it has an integrated "favorites" button on each side of the bed. Set your favorite in the app and then press it to go to your preferred setting. Press it again to make the bed flat again.

The SleepIQ app works with various third parties, including Nest, Fitbit, MapMyFitness, Apple Health, Microsoft Health and Nokia.

Follow the instructions to connect the DualTemp pad to your bed. Make sure the hose is free of kinks so the air flows easily.

Your Sleep Number 360 Smart Bed comes with a remote, but so does each DualTemp mattress pad for quick access to the heating, cooling and fan settings.
