Slacker Radio gets a face-lift (pictures)
A new tiled button design and easy access to menus help bring you the music and other audio content you want quickly.
Station view shows album art
When you start a station, you can look at the album art for the current song, touch the heart icon to show that you like it, or hit the circle with the line through it on the left to ban it from your playlists.
Swipe to browse
Slacker Radio has an enormous catalog of music, talk, and sports streams to choose from, letting you swipe left and right within a genre, or swipe up and down to see more genres.
Tap the album art for more options
Touch the album art to bring up options to ban an artist or add it to your favorites. You also can view album info and song lyrics for the current song when they're available.
Fine Tuning for better listening
Touch the little dial at the bottom to bring up the fine-tuning screen. Here you'll be able to modify your station with just the music you like by using the tabs at the bottom.
Get more info about artists
When you view album info, you'll be able to get a little more background on the music you're listening to.
