The Samsung RF28HMEDBSR is a high-end Samsung fridge that might offer some sneaky value -- if you catch it on sale, at least.
The Samsung RF28HMEDBSR is a French-door fridge with what's called a Flex Zone Drawer between the fridge and freezer. Click through for a closer look.
The fridge offers 28 cubic feet of total storage space.
You'll dial the temperature up and down and adjust other settings using the touch controls on the front.
The Flex Zone Drawer is big enough for a wide variety of items, and comes with its own dedicated thermostat.
You can dial that thermostat between four temperature presets.
At the default setting, the body of the fridge stayed below 40 degrees F, but temperatures were still a little warm.
The fridge still came in a degree or two warmer than the target temperature when we dialed the fridge down to its minimum setting of 34 degrees.
The one standout as far as accuracy is concerned? That Flex Zone Drawer. It's the red line in this minute-by-minute graph of the same test -- we dialed it up to the warmest setting, and it came in right on the money.
The Samsung RF28HMEDBSR retails for $3,300, but with new, 2016 models starting to hit show floors, you might be able to snag one at a discount.
