At a special event in New York today, Samsung finally introduced the U.S. version of its popular Galaxy S II smartphone. Available this fall for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint, the Android 2.3 Gingerbread device features a dual-core processor, a rear-facing 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video capture, and 16GB of internal memory.
The AT&T version shown here has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touch screen, while the T-Mobile and Sprint models have 4.5-inch displays.
