The EX2F doesn't change much from its predecessor, the TL500/EX1, on the outside. But it does have a brighter lens and fast 12-megapixel 1/1.7-inch type BSI CMOS sensor.
The 3-inch OLED display swivels and tilts for shooting above or below eye level.
The EX2F has full manual and semimanual modes as well as several burst shooting options.
Though it has a pop-up flash, there is a hot shoe for adding on an external flash as well as an input for an external mic and you can attach an optical viewfinder.
Look for it to hit stores in August for about $550.
