The Rotimatic is a countertop appliances that makes a type of flatbread called roti. It's also Wi-Fi-enabled.
The $1,000 (roughly £780 or AU$1,350) Rotimatic automates making roti, a type of flatbread that's found in India, Southeast Asia and the West Indies. You add flour, water and oil to the machine, and it churns out a roti in about two and a half minutes.
You fill the removable containers with your ingredients.
You use the control screen to select the type of flour you're using, how thick you want your roti, how long you want it cooked and how much oil you want in each roti.
The Rotimatic dispenses the ingredients into this compartment and kneads them into a dough.
An arm pushes the the ball of dough between two plates that flatten it.
The roti bakes between two hot plates.
It takes about two and a half minutes to make each roti.
The Rotimatic can make as many as 20 roti at a time.
The machine is available in the US and Singapore.
