It can also track your steps, distance and calories burned throughout the day.

Battery life is rated at 9 hours with the GPS on, or up to 24 days in activity tracking mode.

The M400 can be had for $199, or $249 with the company's heart rate monitor.

The Polar Flow website and app will provide you with detailed information of your runs and activities.
