This kinetic-powered remote wants to bring physical controls to your Philips Hue lighting setup.
The Philips Hue Tap is a wireless remote for Philips Hue smart-lighting setups. Click through to see what it's capable of.
The Hue Tap comes with a detachable back for flexible placement.
The back mounts easily using either screws, or sticky tape.
Once you've mounted it to the wall, you'll be able to snap it off and take it with you.
Adding the Tap into your Hue system is an easy, one-button process. From there, you'll be able to customize what each button does.
Press a button, and the lights change to the desired preset colors and brightness levels.
Each push of the button gives the Tap a little jolt of power -- which means you'll never need to change out batteries.
Philips is selling the Hue Tap for $60 (£50 in the UK). That's a bit pricier than we'd like, but we still think it's a logical addition to existing Hue setups. Be sure to read our full review for more details.
