Oxo's 9-Cup Coffee Maker is lovely but too large

The Oxo 9-Cup Coffee Maker cuts a handsome profile, thanks to its stainless steel and glossy black plastic materials. It also comes with a high-performance thermal carafe.

This Oxo coffee maker is definitely sizable. Standing  15 inches tall, this appliance will be a tough fit underneath low-hanging kitchen cabinets. 

The water tank is clearly marked and has a 45-ounce (1.3 liter) capacity.

The LED display is curved and flush with the side of the coffee maker.

Use the dial to choose how many cups of coffee you'd like to make.

You can select an option for brewing between two and four cups.

The brewer accepts Type 4 paper cone coffee filters.

Drop your ground coffee into the filter and filter basket.

We put the Oxo 9-Cup's "barista brain" to the test. Unfortunately, its control over water temperature was not as strict as other premium coffee makers.
