The Oxo Barista Brain Burr Grinder comes with an internal scale to measure coffee it grinds.
The coffee bean hopper sits up top of the appliance.
You have 15 grind coarseness settings to choose from that you adjust by swiveling the bean hopper.
Push this switch left or right to adjust coffee amounts when grinding for cup number, not weight.
Ground coffee is funneled into the jar below.
Turn the dial to select how much ground coffee by weight (grams) you'd like.
To my eye the Oxo grinder (left) produced grounds slightly less uniform than the Baratza Encore (right).
At its finest setting grounds (left) were still to coarse for proper espresso but coffee for drip (right) was acceptable and uniform enough.
