Southeast Fourth Street, before

The powerful storm Monday that spawned a two-mile-wide tornado in Moore, Okla. -- killing more than 24 people -- destroyed or damaged at least 1,200 homes and caused an estimated $2 billion in damages.

Now, a series of striking before and after satellite images posted at Google's Crisis Center underscores the raw power of the tornado that tore through the Oklahoma City suburb.
