Take a peek at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel for Android tablets (pictures)

After a three-month preview phase, the final versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be available today for Android tablets.

When you first load up any of the apps, you'll be greeted by recent documents, or you can choose from several templates to start fresh.

With a template onscreen, you'll be able to fill in your own information so the presentation flows the way you want.

When using Word you can see all your recent docs or you can create things like newsletters or brochures by browsing the templates.

Word templates are filled with lorem ipsum filler text, but you can cut and paste your own words to make the document your own while keeping the formatting.

Like the other two apps, you can start up where you left off on another device or start a new spreadsheet using a template.

In Excel you'll find templates for personal budgets, expense reports and many others.
