Bro, do you even lift?
You'd better hit the gym and work on your upper-body strength before taking the Acer Predator 21 X out on the town. This 21-inch gaming laptop weighs a spine-bending 8-kilos (17.6-pounds) which surely makes this one of the least practical laptops out there.
It does come with a heap of gaming goodness though. It's the first laptop to feature a curved display, it's loaded with the latest desktop-grade graphics cards and has all those angry-looking fan grilles that make gamers so happy.
The price? Acer hasn't officially said. Which means it's going to be a lot. Like, a real lot. Start saving now, folks.
Those hands haven't been photoshopped to be small -- that's really how big the laptop is.
"Grrrr!"
That's what those air vents say to me. The Predator will be filled with the latest gaming hardware around so it's going to need some serious cooling.
Around back you'll find a slew of ports, along with even more air vents.
Number pads are important in many PC games (quick access to potions in Elder Scrolls Online, anyone?), but this one is removable. Flip it over and it becomes a trackpad when you just want to use it as a regular laptop.
If you try and carry it around town you'll look like this.
A look inside the Predator 21 X's case. So many fans. So many heatpipes.
Get a load of that 21-inch curved screen.
Do you see the two power adapter ports? Wow.
What a beast.
Here's how that curved screen closes down on top of the keyboard.
One last official pic of the Acer Predator 21 X.
