Meet the Wileyfox Spark, a 5-inch, 4G phone with a price tag of only £90.

It achieves its budget price by virtue of a rather underwhelming set of specs. The display has a 720p resolution, it's got a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, a measly 1GB of RAM and only 8GB of storage.

However, you do get an 8-megapixel camera on the front, and the same on the back as well.

It's up for preorder now on the Wileyfox website with shipping expected to start in the next few weeks.

It has a matte-black back panel, which gives the phone a stealthy look which I quite like. It's easy to grip as well.

It runs Cyanogen -- a version of Android that has access to all of Google's services, but lets you customise the look of the interface as much as you want.

The app tray is helpfully listed in alphabetical order.

The 8-megapixel camera on the back will suit your summer picnic snaps just fine.

It's slim enough to slide into your jeans without much trouble.

The back cover is removable, as is the battery.

I Got an Early Look at Intel's Glass Packaging Tech for Faster Chips
Rahul Manepalli, right, Intel's module engineering leader, shows a glass substrate panel before it's sliced into the small rectangles that will be bonded to the undersides of hundreds of test processors. The technology, shown here at Intel's CH8 facility in Chandler, Arizona, stands to improve performance and power consumption of advanced processors arriving later this decade. Glass substrates should permit physically larger processors comprised of several small "chiplets" for AI and data center work, but Intel expects they'll trickle down to PCs, too.
