This is the Fitbit Surge.
It's an all-day fitness tracker and semi-smartwatch.
It can track steps, calories burned, distance, floors climbed and sleep.
There's an optical heart-rate sensor on the back.
It also has GPS to track a variety of activities, including running, cycling and hiking.
The watch is a bit large and too bulky for more formal occasions.
The battery will last you up to 7 days, or up to 10 hours with an active GPS signal.
Unfortunately, the watch isn't designed to be worn in the shower or while swimming.
It's also not a full-blown smartwatch. It can display call information and text messages when connected to an iPhone or Android device, but it doesn't support email or anything else.
The Fitbit mobile app shows all of your data. You can also compete with friends and family to see who is the most active.
The app includes a lot of handy information, including these graphs showing my heart rate throughout the day.
You can also view a map of your run.
