HP is staying in the ultrabook game with the Spectre 13 Ultrabook, a 13-inch laptop with a thin design and a large touch pad that supports gestures in Windows 8.1.
The top of the ultrabook sports a soft matte design with a shiny HP logo.
On the left edge you'll find a SD card slot, headphone jack, and USB port.
On the right, there's another USB port, a mini DisplayPort, and an HDMI port, plus the charging connection.
The HP Spectra 13 Ultrabook has a thin profile with an aluminum case, and doesn't have a fan.
Expect the laptop to hit stores in late 2013 starting at $999.
