The $2,700 Electrolux EI30GF45QS is a slide-in gas stove. It's the gas version of the Electrolux EI30EF45QS electric range.

The cooktop has five burners, including an oblong center burner that accompanies the griddle that comes with the stove.

Because this stove is a slide-in model, all of the burner knobs and oven controls are on the front of the appliance.

It was easy to accidentally press a button on the control panel when I reached across the cooktop because of the angle of the panel.

The oven has only 4.5 cubic feet of cooking space. There's also a convection fan built into the back wall.

It took an average of 11.55 minutes for the EI30GF45QS to bring 112 ounces of water to boil on the Fast Boil burner, which is a little slower than on comparable gas stoves.

The biscuits located in the top right corner and bottom left corner were browner than the other biscuits that cooked on the same baking sheet.

The biscuits that baked on the bottom right side of the oven (bottom left picture) were regularly lighter than the rest of the biscuits across two racks when I tested the convection baking mode. The biscuits on the top rack (top left picture) were a bit more even.

The convection roast setting produced a moist chicken, though the skin could've been crispier.

This photo shows the average time it took for each burger to reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit when I broiled them in the oven. The times show that the burgers located near the front cooked faster than the ones in the back.
