The Canon PowerShot SX120 IS is a whole lotta "meh." The big difference in specs is a jump from the SX110 IS's 9-megapixel resolution to 10 megapixels. Otherwise, it's pretty much the same, including the 10x f2.8-4.3 36-360mm-equivalent lens. (It does have a larger silver accent on the grip, so hopefully that will help with the previous model's slippery body.)

Shooting features change slightly, getting Canon's version of auto scene recognition, Smart Auto.

Same thick body, too, measuring 4.4 inches wide by 2.8 inches high by 1.8 inches deep. It also retains the use of two AA-size batteries for its power source. The SX120 IS will be available in August for $249.99.
