Bedeviled by the Lift & Go (pictures)

The $120 Dirt Devil Lift & Go has the look of a high-end vac. It also packs lots of features into a light 13-pound body. Click through for details on what it can do.

A variety of attachments can be stored on the body of the Lift & Go.

The "Vac + Dust" tool is the most unique attachment of the bunch. It comes included with the Lift & Go.

The Vac + Dust tool combines a Swiffer-like head (Dirt Devil calls it a Swipes pad) with an attachment for suction. You can clean your hardwood floors with it, dusting and vacuuming at the same time.

The dust bin detaches easily.

You can even convert this Dirt Devil from a full upright into a canister vacuum.

The canister vac lifts off the base and snaps right back again when you're ready to get back to normal upright work.

The brushroll sits low to the ground to create a seal for increased suction.

It didn't fare so well with pet hair.

If pet hair gets stuck, you won't be able to remove the brushroll to get it untangled.

Make sure to use the Vac + Dust tool to clean hardwood floors. With the normal vacuum head, you can't turn the brushroll off -- which means you'll fling more dirt than you'll pick up.

The cord and the hose can get in each other's way.

You can't adjust the height of the brushroll, either. The Lift & Go packs in lots of features, but is missing a few important ones.
