The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ is a 9-inch tablet that costs only $269. It's pretty much just the Nook HD with the charms ring.

The home

Barnes & Noble says the ring is there simply to hang "charms" on. You know, if you have charms.
Buttons
Other than the home button, these are the only buttons you'll see on the HD+.
Expand
One of the Nook HD+'s trump cards is its ability to expand its onboard storage with a microSD card slot, seen here.
Books
The Nook HD+ excels at books, magazines, and catalogs. Its high color accuracy assists in the presentation of book text.
Smooth
The Nook HD+'s smooth back isn't as durable as the Nook HD's more rubberized one.
Speaker box
The Nook HD+'s speaker is improved over the 7-inch version, but still can't compete with the Kindle Fire HD 8.9's speaker.
