Asus is releasing one of the first Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered Gigabit LTE laptops, which it claims will offer up to 22 hours of battery life.
Asus says the system will also offer 30 days of standby battery life.
Like the other Snapdragon-powered PCs, this runs Windows 10 S, which limits the type of software you can install.
The smaller capacity has 64GB of internal storage and 4GB RAM, for $599.
The larger capacity version has 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD for storage -- that one costs $799.
It's a hybrid design with a 360-degree hinge and a touch screen.
Like the other Snapdragon-powered PCs, this runs Windows 10 S, which limits the type of software you can install.
Like other Windows 10 S systems, you can, however, upgrade to full Windows 10.
If you do upgrade, however, be aware that not every Windows app has been tested for ARM support.
